Refund policy

Everyday Hair Refunds & Returns Policy

All Sales Final – Non-Returnable Goods
Due to the hygienic and personal-care nature of our products, all sales are final. Everyday Hair beauty products are classified as non-returnable goods. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been placed, except in the limited cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items as outlined below.

You can always contact us with any order question at care@everydayhair.store

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at care@everydayhair.store

if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

All Everyday Hair beauty and personal care products are considered non-returnable items and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once purchased.

For safety and regulatory reasons, we also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please email care@everydayhair.store before purchasing.

Exchanges

Because all sales are final, we do not offer exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to the Damages and issues section above and contact us at care@everydayhair.store

Refunds (Damaged / Incorrect Items Only)

In the rare case that we approve a refund for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will notify you by email after evaluating your request. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you have not received it, please contact us at care@everydayhair.store.
