Everyday Hair Shipping Policy

Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During new product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended by a few days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary due to weather, seasonal volume, or carrier delays outside of our control.


Domestic (U.S.) Shipping

We ship nationwide within the United States.
Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing


International Shipping

International shipping options vary by country and will display at checkout if available.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local handling fees required by their country.
Delivery times vary widely depending on region and customs clearance.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Everyday Hair is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or stolen after the carrier has marked them as delivered.
If you believe your package is missing, please:

  1. Confirm the shipping address on your order

  2. Check your mailbox, porch, neighbors, or building office

  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

Incorrect Address Policy

If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, Everyday Hair is not responsible for delayed or failed delivery.
Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once the buyer pays a new shipping fee.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@everydayhair.store with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will evaluate the situation and make it right in accordance with our “Damages and Issues” section in the Refund Policy.


Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is listed as pre-order or backorder, estimated ship dates will be noted on the product page.
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items may be held and shipped together unless otherwise specified.
